GRAPHIC ART & ILLUSTRATION

My style I call machismo, and it was created under the influence of such great artists as David Hughes, Ralph Stedman, Daniel Egneus, Raul Fernandez Calleja. I deeply explored the issue of fears within us and the "Bible Monsters" series was born. The objects of my attention were were Hugh Laurie (Wooster), Stephen Fry (Jeeves), Andes Warhol, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, who also inspired me to create these illustrations and graphics; I also watched the workers from the factory and a series of "Confused thoughts (smokers)" was born; The modern office has become a source for "overcrowded communications."; "Parental love" is a special series created on deep personal experiences.

Contemporary Art exists independently of each of us

Our consumer-laden brain often tells us that art should be beautiful, should teach, should entertain. The surrounding reality is really arranged in such a way that we are always offered something to buy or impress us. In contemporary art, a kind of resistance to the opinion of the majority is formed. And when the daily environment offers simple and uncomplicated things for everyone, the modern artist will create the opposite, requiring personal effort and active work of the intellect, with the sole purpose of making it impossible to consume art as a product from a supermarket.
